mini lush haul

I popped into Lush the other day and left with three goodies. Not a lot, but enough to satisfy my cravings until nearer to Christmas. They all have very similar scents - think a mixture of cinnamon, cloves and spices. I'm an absolute sucker for christmassy, warming, spicy scents. For me, I find them very relaxing; unlike sweet sickly scents (*cough* snow fairy). Also, I'm a big sucker for glitter at this time of year, so how could I possibly resist this bubble bar?! Its huge, smells amazing and is covered in glitter. Er, yes please.
Anyone else been drawn in to Lush's Halloween and Christmas products yet?

autumn wants

1 2 3 4 5 6

This is a pretty self explanatory post so I wont bore you with much more autumn talk, but lo and behold my autumn wishlist (well some of it, it just keeps growing oops). I've wanted a good pair of ripped jeans for a while now; are ripped jeans still a 'thing'?! Either way, I would love to get my hands on this pair from Topshop, and I can imagine they would look pretty swell with this coat from River Island too. I don't usually gravitate to patterned outerwear, but something about the coat is really doing it for me. Oh, and who can resist a bit of Russell Brand? I know I can't. I love him and love everything this book is about, deffo looking forward to reading it.

hello, october

There's just something so satisfying and exciting about autumn. Firstly, fashion gets better (who can resist chunky boots and scarves), and secondly, lazing around on the sofa in your PJs with a mug of hot chocolate whilst watching Harry Potter becomes more acceptable. Not to mention my love of toffee apples, baking cakes, pumpkins and bonfire night.
As my gap year has kinda just begun, and I have slightly more spare time on my hands than I did previously (goodbye A-levels you wont be missed), I thought I should jump back on the blogging bandwagon. I'll be posting a mixture of lifestyle, fashion and beauty, because it's what I like best. It genuinely feels good to be back writing blog posts, taking photos and reading other blogs again. Anyway, enough of my intro, is it too early to start getting excited about Christmas??!!!
